Michelle is professional. She always responds to my communications in a timely manner. She keeps me informed on the rare times when circumstantial changes prevent her from arriving at the expected time. She is willing to plan the cleanings for a day and/or time suitable to both our schedules. Michelle and her crew consistently apply high standards not only to their efficiency (speed) but to the thoroughness of their work.
