We needed to move a couch from Lowell to Waltham MA and Joppa Junk Removal & Clean Out Service helped us. The pick-up and delivery were quickly scheduled by Alison. She was very nice and polite and did everything to make it convenient for us. Greg and Carlos came right on time and also were very polite and friendly. They moved the couch quickly and carefully, wrapping it with blankets. Delivery was fast, and the guys quickly and accurately unloaded and installed the couch. It was excellent and professional work.

After leaving this pile of junk in my driveway soaked for an entire week, Joppa came out the same day I contact them. Actually within hours! Great communication and service. Will be using them again for sure !
