We needed to move a couch from Lowell to Waltham MA and Joppa Junk Removal & Clean Out Service helped us. The pick-up and delivery were quickly scheduled by Alison. She was very nice and polite and did everything to make it convenient for us. Greg and Carlos came right on time and also were very polite and friendly. They moved the couch quickly and carefully, wrapping it with blankets. Delivery was fast, and the guys quickly and accurately unloaded and installed the couch. It was excellent and professional work.

Super fast response and scheduling from the Joppa Junk team. They showed up, loaded up extremely quickly, were professional and courteous the entire time. My job cost a bit more than the estimate but they let me know ahead of time that the load might be heavier than anticipated. No surprises and a fair rate for a tough job. Would use them again, no questions.
