Our pricing is based on the size, material, condition, and level of cleaning required. We provide clear pricing before the job begins, with no surprise charges. For upholstery, carpets, and area rugs, additional stain or odor treatment may affect the final price. Discounts may be available when multiple services or several furniture pieces are booked together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what you need cleaned and asking for a few details or photos when helpful. We then provide an estimate and confirm the scope of work before scheduling. On the day of service, we evaluate the surfaces and any problem areas, choose the appropriate cleaning method and products, complete the cleaning, and review the results with you before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience includes professional residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, upholstery and carpet cleaning, stain treatment, and proper care of different fabrics and surfaces. We continually improve our knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, techniques, and safe cleaning practices to provide effective results while protecting our customers' furniture and homes.
