Excellent work! Igor did an outstanding job repairing the floors. The workmanship is precise, clean, and very professional. He also matched the transition strip perfectly — it blends seamlessly and looks like it was always part of the floor. Everything was done carefully, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I could not have asked for a better person for the job! The care, respect, and attention to detail was very above and beyond. I will certainly reach back out for additional handyperson jobs that need to be completed. Here is what I had help with: -hanging a large abstract art mirror - hanging an extra long curtain rod - hanging a mirror - scoping next projects by gathering measurements lastly, the preparedness with all the gadget brought on site was very impressive and much appreciated to help tasks get completed efficiently and high quality. excellent person and workmanship!

Wow, Igor is a home repair MacGyver! In two hours, he managed to move and fix my (very heavy) standing laundry machines. This included finding a problem I wasn't even aware of (e.g., the tubes were misconnected). I'd even been told by a previous handyman it wasn't possible, but Igor fixed everything! He also removed an extra-large herb garden that had busted from my balcony, saved the remaining soil, and set up a new herb garden. He's professional, super sharp, and based on what I saw, I believe he can fix nearly everything. I've already recommended him to my landlords.

What can I say about Igor that hasn't already been said? Let's start at the beginning. I requested a quote for what I consider a large-ish job. It included: Queen bed frame assembly, vanity assembly, TV stand, and repairs to a drawer and desk. Igor was very responsive and quoted me a flat rate, while everyone else charged me per hour. I took more than two weeks to get back to him, and he was still willing to come. Even when I made the appointment, a few last-minute conflicts came up that he worked around. He arrived on time and got straight to work. He even brought shoe coverings. He finished the job with time to spare and cleaned up afterward. What's more, he actually charged me less than he quoted me. I WILL be booking Igor again. I got a free russian lesson too : Spasibo Igor!!
