Unprofessional tone and talk with management. I was told I was disrespectful when I the moving agents would not rearrange some last minute items in order to finish the job. The owner then said when the truck is full it is full. He was very unprofessional on the phone and the truck was not full. The truck had more room. They wanted to get another three hours of pay I felt hustled. If you are going to call yourself professional movers then act professional. Charged over $1,000 for a very..veryy local move (quoted MUCH less.. much). Also packed and ready to go, boxes on lawn, my pregnant self (miscarried 2 days later) loading the truck to be out by time. 5 mins later, at new appt., Movers couldn't even be bothered to bring boxes in. Just left on porch, smashed (like..new kitchen table, broken, new couch broken from them trying to detach (destroying in my face) my new furniture.. ALL 3 'workers' DEMANDED TIP! FCM rocks!!! I can't say enough about these guys. From the time I made the first call, Phil was here within three hours to look at the job. The crew was friendly and professional, did their thing packing (well) on the first day and loading up (like a 3D jigsaw puzzle) the second. At the end of the first day, they determined that they would need only one truck INCLUDING MY PIANO!!! which saved me money. They fit in all my worldly possessions and made safely across the state. In all my communications with the office, they were clear and delivered on their promises.
