David and Nathan did a fantastic job photographing our wedding and it was at a very affordable price. Our wedding took place in Maine and they had no problem traveling to us and did not charge an extra fee. They were very professional and did not mind staying a little later than discussed to capture one more shot that we needed. They really went the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated. The photos came out amazing and they really captured our special day the way we imagined it!

David was the photographer for my son's wedding a few years ago. The photo's were exceptional with an eye for detail. He took into consideration all aspects of the Wedding as well as the Bride and Grooms preparation before the Ceremony. I've seen David's work in other professional settings and I would highly recommend David's Storybook Imaging for people who are looking for quality workmanship and the personal attention that he gives to his clients.

David, Lisa, and Nathan were an absolute joy to work with! I hired them to shoot both my engagement photos and my wedding and I was blown away by the level of service. They are professional and fun people with a great eye for beautiful shots; we have so many wonderful and creative pictures from our special day! Both Nathan and David made sure to capture all the important moments for everyone; the groom, the bride, the groomsmen, the bridesmaids, and the guests. They are a wonderful team and captured our wedding day perfectly!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Photography is my passion, ever since I was little I loved taking pictures. As I grew older, that passion grew. My first camera was a 35mm Minolta and my first year with it was dedicated to learning everything about it and taking pictures of everything I saw. Of course a few years later digital cameras took over, but I saw that as a new challenge. Learning on a film camera has prepared me more than what a digital camera ever could have. Producing an image without ever knowing the end product was the most exciting part. It gave me the ability to learn how the camera worked inside and out. Even now when I work with digital cameras I find that I still use it in full manual mode. I can create a much more dynamic shot when I am fully in control.
