In my Boston appartement, I had urgent need for repairing a hot water leaking shower. Punctual on time, skillfully replaced the core of the problem by searching for the exact match of an old unit and climbed the 4 floors 2-3 times without complain but with a smile and confidence as the elevator was also under repair for 14 weeks. In no time he did a perfect job. He also cleared a block in one of the sinks in less than 5 minutes.
He is extremely skillful, polite, punctual, and confident....
