Osayi, the owner was a courteous and professional young man who kept me apprised of his anticipated arrival time, showed up and was punctual, went right to work to repair my Samsung oven. He diagnosed the problem and asked whether I wanted to authorize him to replace the ignitor. He gave ma a price to do it and I gave him the green light. He got the part from his truck and promptly fixed the oven, tested it and gave me time to clean the area behind the oven before he put everything back into place. He was very nice and I'd recommend him to anyone who needs appliance service. The repair price was as I anticipated and was happy my oven was only down for one day. Do not have any anxiety over calling him.

I would highly recommend Regal Appliance, the owner was very honest and instead of pulling the refrigerator apart he immediately diagnosed the problem as the compressor. He told me he could taken it apart and pull the compressor but was certain that was the issue. He could have charged more money by doing this. He only charged the quoted fee of $75. He also called ahead and told me what time to expect him.
I was very impressed with his honesty. If any other appliance breaks I will call him. I will recommend him to my friends.

Osayi (hope I spelled correctly) responded quickly to my message, kept contact as to date/time and sent text notifying he'd be at my house in 40 mins. He was honest, explained everything he checked was working & that i have 10 Yr. Warrenty with LG & should contact them to check motor. Price was reasonable, efficient & honest. Will call again for future repairs.
