I provide fast, high-quality home maintenance for individual homeowners and small landlords managing rental properties. I specialize in electrical troubleshooting and essential home upgrades offering the reliability and personal touch that big property firms can’t match. Core Services: A) Electrical: faulty outlets, flickering lights, tripping breakers, light and outlet replacements and smart home/fixture installations (fans, Ring doorbells, lighting). B) Small Handyman Tasks: furniture, cabinets and others assembly, appliance and TV mounting, doors and windows installations, and minor repairs. Scheduling Requirements: To ensure I provide the best service to my clients, and give every customer my full attention and professional results, I require at least 24 hours' notice for all bookings (I do not offer 'emergency' or 'same-day' services). Service Limitations ❌: I do not accept the following types of jobs: A) Gas or Plumbing (pipe line repairs, drains, or big water-related issues). B) Fix Appliances/IT (refrigerator, washer, or computer repairs). C) Large-scale property management or third-party subcontracting requests (I work directly with homeowners and individual rental owners only) D) For safety my services are limited to work reachable within 10 feet of the ground. E) Do not accept jobs or visits less than my minimum rate. Requirement for my services: 1) Accessible parking (driveway or close street spot) must be available for my tool truck upon arrival. 2) Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance or they will be rescheduled. 3) Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service on the same day (if landlord is paying and not present I will require payment as I showed up or I will retire)
