FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we first like to meet the customer and go over exactly what they are looking to have done for work. From there if they needed help with any ideas or different ways to do things, we would give our professional opinions. Once we agreed upon the exact work, we would put together a quote for the job. If customers accepted our estimate and wanted to move forward with work, we would put together a schedule in which best worked for them. And lastly sign a contract with all obligations made by both parties and each receive a copy for records. Then we would get going on work and do nothing but 100 percent quality craftsmanship as always from Connors and Son Construction
