We contacted Bob to refinish 2400 sqft of antique pine floors in our Newburyport home- on very short notice- He was responsive and very quick getting into the home to take a look and pull together an estimate. After several flooring estimates from other floor experts, and even some contractors who never showed up or had to cancel our contracts due to poor scheduling/ communication, Bob stepped in and then some. Bob Was the consummate professional- going above and beyond caring for our floors- painstaking Palm sanding all edges and hand sanding where needed. His communication is second to none. It is clear he has a passion for his work and cares about his customer just as much. He was always on time, respectful, meticulous, careful, and thoughtful of us as his clients. I would never have anyone else touch my floors, and I would unreservedly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and excellent floor craftsman.

Boston Bob's workmanship was excellent ,he installed 3 rooms of pre-finished hardwood and included some extras at no additional cost. He did experience some scheduling problems and the job took longer than he quoted. I would definitely use him again

Honestly with Bob, you can't go wrong. From the second he set foot in my house he very clearly explained everything and pointed out every single flaw. He has gone above and beyond my expectations on everything. I had some existing flooring and had to replace some flooring - he took the time to palm sand 6 times the pre-existing floor as it was in terrible shape. He is the best at what he does and very detail oriented. I highly recommended him!
