First time the work was pretty good. The very second time was a week ago. I expected the same level of quality and realized it was not near as good as the first time. I was disappointed with the service. Dusting had been done on the front end of furniture throughout my home and the back end had a layer of dust no homeowner appreciates. The office desk was also dusty on the back end which my spouse requested that would be cleaned a second time. Only after the cleaners left we noticed other furniture were partially cleaned. The floor gets wet, but some stain could still be seen. The floor under the bed was not cleaned on the back side. I sent a note four days ago regarding the discontentment and have had no response so far.

On every first cleaning, we do extra services at no additional cost to show our clients our capabilities. However, that doesn't main that those extra services will be included in our competitive pricing for future visits. Perhaps there was a miscommunication, and for that, I apologize. As you can see all my reviews have been positive and, is my commitment to maintaining our reputation. Regarding, your note, I assure you that was not received. Should you desire, we are willing to set an appointment again to rectify this manner.
