I cannot say enough about Reliant Pest Management’s owner Bill Godfrey and his service. He went above and beyond in dealing with my brother. My brother is 74 yrs. old, barely ambulatory and “you’re a mean one Mr. Grinch” describes him. my brother is cantankerous, has a short fuse and a low frustration tolerance level. Bill was patient, kind, understanding and worked with my brother to accomplish what needed to be done so that Bill could conduct the pest management at his home for bed bugs. Bill returned phone calls and texts immediately, answered all questions and performed in a professional manner. He sends a text to let you know he is on his way, even though the appointment time was scheduled and he is on time. I was so impressed by Bill I gave my realtor friend, who sometimes needs to help people acquire this service the contact information for Reliant. His six-month warranty is longer than any other company and his price is very competitive. He made sure the pests were entirely eradicated.

Bill is the ultimate professional. Like all the other reviews I read before hiring him, he showed up on time, did what he does best and charged a fair price.
