I hired Bill to solve a bed bug problem I had. He was professional ,curteous, and very informitive. He quoted me a very readonable price. He showed up at the time he said he would, did an excellent job. He explained that he would come back in two weeks for a follow up tteatment. The problem was just about solved after first treatment. We talked the night before the scheduled second treatment and the next day showed up at the time he said he would. I am now completely free of the problem. He did everything he said he would he charged the exact amount he quoted. I want to make it clear that I am in no way associated with this company I am just a very satisfied customer.
