Make sure your person knows what they are doing and is charging you a fair rate! Services like geek squad often don't provide these things.

Basic PC Repair
Introduction: I am a second year compsci major with some background in fixing computers. I am mostly good with standard virus removal/setup of hardware. I am still learning, so if I do not fix your problem, there is no charge.
I charge far less than Geek Squad, and I can guarantee you that I provide a better service. My rates are as follows:
- $15/hour basic setup
- $10/hour virus removal/cleanup/tuning
- $10/hour data retrieval (I'll do what I can for you)
- $15/hour if the computer has to be formatted
Note: I do not have a car, so my listing is only available for those in the Boston area accessible by T.
NOTE: I am NOT as of now comfortable with working with apple computers. I do not have enough experience with a mac to be confident in not breaking yours so please do not request this type of service. I will change this when I gain some more experience.
