Tim was very thorough to make sure my computer virus was eradicated. He then installed some new anti virus program. In addition I asked him to set up my wireless printer which was a bit harder than we both expected since it was originally set up to another provider in Montana. All in all he was extremely amenable, friendly and willing to complete the task. I believe he was here over 2 hours.

Tim did a gtreat job on my computer. He was very thorough. After try 2 different people from the web who couldn"t fix my virus remotely. I called Tim. It didn"t end up costing me $150 ;like the other rippoffs.
