FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial phone call, where we take the time to learn about your pet, your specific needs, and walk you through how our services work. The next step is a meet-and-greet, which allows us to meet your pet, build a level of comfort and trust, and ensure it’s a great fit for everyone. At the same time, we assist with setting up your account, which is used for scheduling, billing, and accessing detailed report cards after each visit. These report cards include photos, videos, GPS tracking, and personalized updates so you can stay fully informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are pet CPR certified and fully insured, providing peace of mind and ensuring your pet’s safety is always our top priority. In addition to our certifications, we have hands-on experience working with over 50 dogs of varying breeds, ages, and temperaments, which allows us to confidently handle a wide range of situations.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have experience working with a wide range of dogs, including puppies, seniors, and dogs with special needs. We’re also comfortable handling different temperaments, such as reactive or anxious dogs, and tailor our approach to ensure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
