My chocolate lab Gus is not an easy dog to walk. He has some on leash reactive issues. Marco is the first person we have trusted with Gus's care since we have had him. Marco is very attentive and walks our dog making sure he gets the exercise he needs. Gus loves Marco and is excited every time he goes for a walk.Marco's app is revolutionary. It makes it very easy to communicate, schedule and we get updates and reports of every walk. I would recommend Marco for taking care of your pet even if they have issues. You can trust that your family is in good hands!

Very professional local business recommended by a friend. Spent a week out of town while Marco looked after my very shy, skittish cat and somehow was able to make friends and consistently play with her. Also cleaned litter boxes and the place was spotless when I returned. Would recommend for reasonable rates too.

We were out of town for a few days and Marco came to feed, walk, and play with our dogs. Theyre anxious being in other peoples homes so it was great keeping them comfortable in their own homes. Marco kept us updated with pictures which makes us feel so much better being away! Marcos very friendly and communicative. We so appreciated everything!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial phone call, where we take the time to learn about your pet, your specific needs, and walk you through how our services work.
The next step is a meet-and-greet, which allows us to meet your pet, build a level of comfort and trust, and ensure it’s a great fit for everyone.
At the same time, we assist with setting up your account, which is used for scheduling, billing, and accessing detailed report cards after each visit. These report cards include photos, videos, GPS tracking, and personalized updates so you can stay fully informed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are pet CPR certified and fully insured, providing peace of mind and ensuring your pet’s safety is always our top priority. In addition to our certifications, we have hands-on experience working with over 50 dogs of varying breeds, ages, and temperaments, which allows us to confidently handle a wide range of situations.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have experience working with a wide range of dogs, including puppies, seniors, and dogs with special needs. We’re also comfortable handling different temperaments, such as reactive or anxious dogs, and tailor our approach to ensure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
