I cannot say enough about Reliant Pest Management’s owner Bill Godfrey and his service. He went above and beyond in dealing with my brother. My brother is 74 yrs. old, barely ambulatory and “you’re a mean one Mr. Grinch” describes him. my brother is cantankerous, has a short fuse and a low frustration tolerance level. Bill was patient, kind, understanding and worked with my brother to accomplish what needed to be done so that Bill could conduct the pest management at his home for bed bugs. Bill returned phone calls and texts immediately, answered all questions and performed in a professional manner. He sends a text to let you know he is on his way, even though the appointment time was scheduled and he is on time. I was so impressed by Bill I gave my realtor friend, who sometimes needs to help people acquire this service the contact information for Reliant. His six-month warranty is longer than any other company and his price is very competitive. He made sure the pests were entirely eradicated.

To All, we used Bill Godfrey this Summer to handle a pest issue. He was very reliable and dependable. He came to our house and did his job exactly as described and we were extremely happy with the results. We have not seen a re-occurrence and do not anticipate this will happen. Bill Godfrey was simply terrific from his personable style, his responsiveness to our inquiry on Thumbtack, his promptness in providing service on the day of our request and his thoroughness in explaining and resolving the problem. We had a yellow jacket nest in the corner of our house that had resulted in a neighbor being bitten a few times just one day earlier. We made a request on Thumbtack at 11am and he arrived by 5:30pm. Once the treatment was completed he also offered to do another treatment at no fee if needed. We highly recommend Bill Godfrey and Reliant Pest Management

Bill was extremely thorough when he came to treat my home for mice. He treated internally, externally, and showed me how the traps worked. He came back a second time within days to treat my home again when I found the traps sprung, and my home has been clean ever since! I will recommend Bill to anyone that needs pest removal as I am extremely happy with his results.
