I had an issue where my 95‑year‑old mother’s garage door opener stopped working, and it was important to have it fixed quickly so she could maintain her daily routine. I contacted Up N Down, and they responded promptly and professionally. They arrived when promised, clearly explained the required work and available options, and took my situation into account. They were able to replace both the opener and the springs during the same visit, which was appreciated.
Overall, the service experience was very good; however, the cost of the hardware was significantly higher—roughly three times the typical market price if purchased independently. While the workmanship and responsiveness were strong, the pricing was very high.
