We had a great experience with Kevin and Kai. Kai came to help us vent our bathroom out of a new addition we had just completed. He was able to complete this project in the same week I had connected with Kevin. I would hire them back!

Needed help with a small bathroom vent install but the work required going on the roof. Communicated with Kevin who was helpful, polite and professional. He gave me a great quote and was able to schedule promptly. The team who came to work were efficient and skilled. Thrilled with overall result.

Hired on Thumbtack

Kevin responded quickly and helped us choose the correct fan for our room. He quoted us a fair price, which was honored. The technician, Yulin (spelling?), came early, worked diligently and, after installation, spent time making sure the fan blades were balanced. We are very pleased with Leap Services and will use them again in the future.

We had to rent our home and there were so many things that had to be fixed. New windows, refinishing floor, paint, fix holes etc. They did all of it and the house looks amazing! Kevin and his team are my go to guys and I plan to hire them every time!
