They were great to work with! I had a leaking bend under my kitchen sink and a running toilet that was wasting water. They replaced both rather efficiently. Initially the toilet still had problems with occasionally running water, but it was an east fix to lengthen the chain so the valve sealed properly.

By far the best plumbing service we have ever used. No drama, just great service! We discussed the project/issues with 5 other services, all of which wasted time with site visits (some tried to charge us for it) and came up with complicated and extraordinarily expensive, invasive, kludgey solutions that involved breaking down our new bathroom wall and tiling. Leap diagnosed the problem exactly by simply looking at the video and was exactly right about it. They implemented the simplest solution, in a cost efficient and creative way, with no damage or destruction to bathroom walls. Leap is professional, smart, creative and extraordinarily easy to work with. This firm is a keeper!
