After we had remodeled our bedroom, we hoping to get rid of the carpet and go with hardwood floor underneath. Once the whole carpet was taken out realized a section had water damage. We had Norfolk Floor service have the floor sanded, buffed and stained. Also had a section which needed repair as well. They matched with our schedule and got project done it time. Most importantly water damage is all removed 🙏 Thanks again.

Wu refinished my maple floors. Full sanding and three coats of satin poly. He was knowledgeable and gave input about using/not using stain, what’s types of poly were good for my application (oil vs water). This helped with my final decision to proceed. Wu got right to work after we agreed on terms and he was completely done in under three days. I would not hesitate to hire Wu again. I have recommended him to friends who got their floors refinished by Wu.

One piece of my hardwood floor peeled up at a knot and split and lifted it badly Norfolk flooring came out quickly checked it out called me the same night with a price and came out the next day and fixed it. They did an awesome job you can't even see where the fix was and a very good price. I will be using them again to refinish my downstairs. They are very nice people my kids loved them. If anyone needs there floors fixed or refinished you will not go wrong with them you will be happy you called them.
