- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The window cleaning pricing is per window for the interior only. Multiply the window cleaning price of $9 X the number of windows that need cleaning. The lower part of the window over the kitchen sink and one sliding glass door is included for free in every cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 30 minute consultation/estimate. Regarding Covid-19: I wear a mask at our first meeting. I have hand sanitizer in my car. I do not work if I don't feel well. When I work, I wear a mask in an occupied room. When I am alone in the room I do not wear a mask.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MA does not offer or require a professional license for residential or commercial cleaners. I belong to a Facebook group for professional cleaners that has been wonderful. I have a few good cleaner training books and DVD's. I grew up in a family where making a mess was clearly not allowed.
