FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All projects start with an initial 15 minute design consult. You can book directly from the company website. Once there's a clear understanding of your project, a client agreement form that outlines the scope of work with a fee proposal will be sent out within 24 hours. Once the agreement is signed, the next step is to schedule a site documentation visit. The site visit is 120 minutes (or so). We will document the space by taking detailed measurements and photographing. This information is essential for developing an accurate and well proportional layout. When the design is finalized, we’ll schedule a design review either in person or virtually. During this meeting, we’ll go through the complete design and confirm the next steps. Afterward, I’ll coordinate a clear plan for ordering, delivery, and installation.
