Hardly HVAC professionals ask for the model information before accepting to visit, Lawrence was one of them who wanted to know before visiting my place. He didn't hesitate to wear shoe covers as the furnace in my house is on the 3rd floor. He didn't react right other HVAC experts who either asked me to replace the parts or replace the whole furnace, but checked the heat exchanger and checked the sensors to make sure they're all working fine. Finally he said that it could be a lose connection on the board, and apparently that was the problem. I was happy with his work and for a reasonable price. Thank you
