First month of recurring services for property management is FREE. Use me and see how I operate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out and get an idea of the scope of work. Depending on the job, I’ll ask for pictures or if I’m to manage the site, I will request a site walk. This gives me a better understanding and anticipation of the client’s needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Project Manager (PMP and CAPM), Real Estate agent (since 2011), and CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations)
