- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 10 years in high tech, I decided to switch gears and get my real estate license - just as the market was beginning its free fall. The upside to that is I learned this business the hard way. I gained a lot of experience and developed good habits that have served me well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
preparing market evaluations for sellers and buyers, meeting with potential buyers and sellers for consultations, marketing homes for sale, overseeing a transaction from offer to closing
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't just go with an agent who tells you what you want to hear. I make sure I am honest with my clients and not set unrealistic expectations. I have a lot of experience to draw from and I do my homework. You need to look at home buying and selling from an objective viewpoint and try to take the emotional aspects out of it.
