Carmela brought a lot of knowledge to the table and I only wish we were able to work with her more. She does her homework and has a keen sense of trends. She did a presentation for our organization on our social media management style that was personalized and taught us a lot about what we put out there and how it’s perceived.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Package pricing starts at $579 a month with a minimum 6-month contract.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually have a prospective customer schedule a free, 30-minute consultation to see what their needs are. If it's a good fit, we'll have another 30-minute meeting to discuss the contract, scheduling, and finalize details.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I noticed that students on campus were not getting answers from the UREC website and I created the social media manager position to communicate with students and patrons virtually.
