- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a quiet person, clean try not to make a mess . I cover everything I can to keep customers houses clean . A gentleman just trying to make a living . Also to try to stay out of the customer's way & make them happy knowing that the job got done well & didn't cost them as much that other people are trying to make . I take pride in the work I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will come give a free estimate . Look over the job let them know what material will cost them in regards to what they would like to do . If they ask me what I think 1st I would say it's what you like . But i could give them some idea's on what I have done in the past . Give them the best price with all my effort and do it with style & efficiently so they can enjoy the work i have done for them at a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tile is my job I've been doing it for over 11yr's .I was taught the right way no cutting corners. So it's my education and my job and I've been taught to do the best .!!?
