- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat Rate company so the pricing we provide are the prices you pay wether it takes longer or not to complete a project. You do not have to watch the clock
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Book A Appointment through 1 of our many easy booking options (Online, Through Text, Email, Phone Call) 2. We sent a Technician out to the home to evaluate everything and provide you with multiple solutions to fix your problem in the short term and long term 3. In Most cases we can fix the problem right there and then. If not we will get the parts and come back soon to fix the problem 4. We collect your feedback to let us know how we did
