Introduction: I am the owner of Real Life Yoga. We have been in business in Quincy, Massachusetts since 1999.
I am a professional business owner and certified yoga instructor, with extensive background in a variety of yoga practices and strength training, with the ability to teach to all populations and with a specialty in seniors and private yoga instruction.
There will be an AFFA yoga and primary certification at the studio if you know of anyone who wants to get certified. Call for details.
