Wow! We needed cleaners at the last minute for a rental vacation house. Mary replied to my request quickly and was friendly and responsive in our communications. She and her crew arrived as discussed and left the house spotless. I'm not sure it has ever been cleaner. Fantastic cleaners who we would absolutely hire again!

I had a true emergency with a tenant who was not able to move out by the last day of his tenancy and I had urgently I reached out to see if Mary had someone who could come do 3-4 hours of cleaning with me to prepare for the new tenant arriving at midday June 1st. I really didn't think it would work, because it was so last minute and a Sunday. Literally, my message was sent at 5am. Mary came through with Neia ("Nay-uh") who arrived at 9am with supplies and a Google translate app so we could communicate English to Portuguese. She was excellent and so hardworking!! I gladly paid her $100/hr for her 3.5 hrs of emergency work. Thanks Mary and Neia!! You SAVED the day.
