Tom and his crew did a terrific job with the demolition of our old shed and the building of a new 18x10 stone platform for the new shed. Their communication and follow up was better than I have come to expect from contractors. Their original verbal quote increased by $1800 but this was understandable as they needed to better understand the parameters of the job after our initial call. I would recommend Tom and Espada Demo without hesitation.

I collected a few quotes for a chimney removal. Espada was in the middle to higher range ($4,200). The job was to take our chimney stack off the top of our roof then remove the rest of the entire chimney that ran through the center of our house (4 floors of chimney plus one stack on the top of our roof). This was pretty huge job but they confidently said it would be done in ONE DAY!! I was impressed when Espada and CO showed up with a big crew ready to work. Be prepared if you do this, your house will get dusty but they did put some tarps up and ram board down on the floor to try to help keep the dust down. Also they did a good job in general being careful with how they removed the buckets up on buckets of brick in our house. By the end I couldn’t believe that they had taken down and hauled away our ENTIRE CHIMNEY in less than 8 hours, it was super impressive. They also had a roofer on site who covered the hole that was left and added a some other shingles that needed to be done for like 100 bucks extra. Overall it was a very smooth operation and we were very satisfied with the results. Espada showed up on time, did everything they said they would do and did it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
