It was an absolutely smooth experience working with Nestor. He was super responsive about his ETAs and came prepared with everything he needed. I was not getting hot water in the shower. He diagnosed the problem correctly and resolved it and left the place clean. Will definitely ask for him if I need plumbing services again.
