- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size, condition, complexity, and scope of the project. I provide clear pricing before work begins whenever possible. Environmental assessments and consultations generally start at $300. Materials, corrective work, or additional services are quoted separately when needed. Photos and project details help me provide the most accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding what the customer needs and reviewing photos or project details when available. For environmental services, I evaluate the conditions, identify likely contributing sources, and determine practical corrective and preventive options. When appropriate and within our scope, Atlas can also perform the corrective work. Any additional work or materials are discussed and approved before proceeding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Biotechnology Engineer with a scientific background in biological and environmental systems, combined with hands-on experience in residential projects. Through Atlas Biosolutions, I apply a science-informed, source-focused approach to mold, moisture, biological concerns, pest-conducive conditions, prevention, and indoor environmental services.
