I highly recommend Greater Boston Home Repair. I hired them to fix and complete a tricky flooring job another contractor botched. Rafael and Cleverton responded quickly, quoted a fair price, which I accepted, and they completed the work the next day. Throughout this process they were cheerful and easy to communicate with. Rafael and his partner went above and beyond in replacing the floor. Of 3 bathrooms and the mudroom. I was in a rush to get the job done. They stayed 12 hours straight to finish the job. Being a single woman unfamiliar with this kind of work, I never felt taken advantage of due to a lack of knowledge. Trust is the most important element in any business transaction. And Rafael earned that 110%. Not only did Rafael did an excellent job, he was very helpful in advising me in the choice of flooring.
