Rafael and his partner went above and beyond in replacing the floor. Of 3 bathrooms and the mudroom. I was in a rush to get the job done. They stayed 12 hours straight to finish the job. Being a single woman unfamiliar with this kind of work, I never felt taken advantage of due to a lack of knowledge. Trust is the most important element in any business transaction. And Rafael earned that 110%. Not only did Rafael did an excellent job, he was very helpful in advising me in the choice of flooring.
