- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based on volume and at times weight.Basic houehold items are volume.Demolition dirt,brick,concrete weight goes intot he price.All seniors and veterans will get 10 percent off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk with the customer to try and come up with a price over the phone.Larger jobs we of course usually need to see.Most times we haul the items the same time we provide a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of owning our own business .This has provided us with the skills to deal with a variety of people and situations.For instance people that are hoarders.We provide the time and patience to help them .Our seniors often have a tough time letting go .We have worked with hundreds over the years to downsize .This helps us regarding any issues.
