We hired Mount Vernon several months ago to be the property manager for a six-unit condominium in Dorchester. Our main point of contact has been Ken Olson. I am extremely pleased with Ken's work so far. He has done an excellent job communicating to our association members, assessing maintenance and capital renewal needs, preparing quotes, and managing our accounts. When I had accidentally overpaid my condo fees, he noticed and reached out to me pro-actively.
