- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very reasonable and 9/10 you will know what the total is before completion of the project. You will not have to stare at the clock with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for new customers will be pretty seamless. The information I will need if possible consist of: A model number if you can find it. What town you are in? If it is a washer or dryer, is it stacked? Symptons of the appliance. From there we can get scheduling done and get one step closer to a solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and training stems from MSA, Corner Stone Appliance Training School and techs who've been in the field 20, 30 & 40+ years.
