Heads up: this probably won't sound like your typical polished business introduction. I just ask that you let me be me.
I’m Pete, owner of Pete’s Appliance. I built my business on honesty, integrity, and treating people the way I’d want to be treated. No sugarcoating.
Truthfully, writing about myself feels a little cliché—but those values are the foundation of my work.
I believe in fixing what’s worth fixing, explaining repairs in plain terms, and never recommending work you don’t need. I’m a consumer too. I get it. I know how frustrating it can be when something breaks. If I ever recommend against a repair or suggest a different path, it’s coming from experience—not sales. I’ll always explain my reasoning so you can decide what makes sense for you.
My goal is simple—to provide reliable service, fair pricing, and a repair experience that earns your trust. If I do my job well, I hope you’ll recommend me to your friends and family. That’s how I continue building this business that allows me to support mine.
A few things to know before scheduling service:
• I work on most major household appliances. Some Miele products require proprietary diagnostic tools only available through authorized service channels
• I am unable to accept stacked laundry units at the moment due to solo workload, and I cannot have the client help me lift and remove the dryer due to liability constraints. If I can’t help, I’ll be sure to point you in the right direction.

One small favor: Since we're charged when someone reaches out to us, whether we're hired or not, I ask that if you’re just looking for general advice or aren’t ready to schedule service, I completely understand—but my budget is set for potential leads, respectfully. I'd be happy to help when I can.
