Andrew was easy to communicate with via the app and by phone. We talked thru the plumbing issues on a call so that he could formulate a plan and agree on a day for his visit and a quote for the service. He arrived on time and the job went basically as he had described. The new faucet works perfectly.
Details: 2 sinks • Separate handles control hot and cold water • 2 faucets • A few weeks ago

Andrew was responsive and very knowledgeable replacing a GarbageDisposal that went kaput over the holiday. We negotiated his fees, he picked up the part and besides a little trouble with the pipes (not his fault), he managed to replace the contraption in a timely manner and probably better than it has been in a while. Thank you for all your help and we look forward to working with you in the future.
Details: Yes, there is an existing disposal (which needs to be replaced). • Continuous feed (most common) • No, I will need the professional to provide the garbage disposal

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It costs $ to contact you, and pay taxes on your payment, travel time, parking costs, and time texting, calling, and emailing are all considered in my prices. Minimum price for a service call is $85 and free estimates are possible depending on your location and the size of the job.
My process is to provide clients with a total price for work performed. Often, people need several repairs or improvements and due to my broad knowledge base, customers are happy with me because they don't need five different handymen or licensed individuals who will charge much more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we speak on the phone to discuss the project, set a time to visit, meet the client and see the home or apartment. I follow up with an email describing the scope of work discussed and my estimate for labor and supplies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've owned and managed a four family apartment building for 20 years. I've owned an off the grid farmhouse in Vermont for over a decade. With both these properties and many other projects, I have developed a versatile skill set and knowledge of home repairs and enhancements.
