Introduction: Welcome to Diamond's Catering. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves. Kimberly Gauthier and Thomas Diamond have operated a family-owned business in Lynn and the surrounding communities for the past 20 years. Kim Gauthier has performed a variety of functions related to food preparation and service for the past 20 years. Thomas Diamond has been involved in the food service industry for almost 25 years. Together we have established what we believe to be one of the best in catering and food preparation business on the North Shore. Since we started business together in 1986, we have provided quality food, exceptional service and great value to many of the area's businesses, organizations and many more individuals. We have prided ourselves on our flexibility and versatility, which has allowed us to meet the varied needs of area customers. As Diamond's Catering, we have provided service at corporate functions for such entities as the General Electric Company, Eastern Bank, the Knights of Columbus of Lynn, the Olde Salem Greens Golf Course, St. Mary's High School, the Lynn Chamber of Commerce, and others. We have also accommodated the diverse needs of such organizations as the Knights of Columbus of Nahant, Pine Hill Little League, the Marblehead Yacht Club, and the Lynn Elks Club. In addition, we have been hired for many different types of events by a number of local politicians and others. Once you have reviewed our menus, we ask that you speak with us so we can make additions or subtractions to suit the needs of your function. * Dinner Menus: All dinner menus are served buffet, sit-down, or family style and (when appropriate) include china and silverware. * Linen Tablecloths and Napkins: These are available at $20.00 per table with your choice of colors. * Buffet Menus do not include heavy plasticware (forks, knives, spoons and cups), but these can be provided at $5.00 per table. • We do require a non-refundable deposit to secure your function day. The total bill is due one week prior to the day of service. * Diamond's Catering will not accept personal checks for final payment. * We accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express ($20.00 service fee). * We hope that our menus will accommodate you to your liking. Once again, if you do not find a menu that meets your needs and would like to make up your own menu, please call us to discuss other options you may have in mind.
