With a background in licensed acupuncture, yoga, and wellness-based cooking, I bring a grounded, holistic approach to everything I do. Food is a big part of my work and my life. I love sourcing beautiful, high-quality, seasonal ingredients and turning them into meals that feel both comforting and intentional. I’m Italian, and pasta making is one of my favorite ways to connect people to food—from simple handmade noodles to nourishing, family-style dishes designed to support health and ease. I’m also deeply organized and efficient, which allows me to support clients not just creatively, but practically. Whether I’m preparing meals, setting up kitchen systems, offering wellness guidance, or supporting clients through acupuncture or movement, my goal is to create environments that feel calm, functional, and restorative. I work best with individuals and families who value care, quality, and presence, and I tailor my services to meet each client’s specific needs.
