I recently had some drywall repair done in my home after a water leak caused damage. I worked with David to get a quote and he drafted a plan for the repairs and gathered a Crew. The repair crew arrived on time and were very professional. They examined the damaged drywall and determined what needed to be done to fix it properly. They cut out the damaged sections and replaced them with new drywall. The new pieces were taped, mudded, and sanded until the seams were smooth. You couldn't even tell there had been damage. The crew cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the drywall repair. The team did an excellent job fixing the damage, matching the texture, and blending the repair seamlessly with the existing wall. The repair looks fantastic and I would highly recommend David for any of your House repair/renovation needs.

I highly recommend David Gonzatino and his team at Gonzatino Home Improvement. We were lucky to have found them to tackle an emergency water and rodent issue in our 4-unit South Boston condo common basement. David was prompt and responsive, and able and willing to start the job quickly. He offered very competitive pricing, including sourcing and purchasing all materials. He and his team are extremely respectful and skilled, and we were impressed with the quality and execution of the masonry, drywall, and flooring. After we opened the wall, we discovered additional work was needed given years of water degradation at our foundation. The bricks were completely disintegrated and David immediately built an emergency structural support to prevent further damage. He identified and addressed the issue immediately, and while the work grew in cost and complexity, David took on the additional work to secure permits, drawings, and communication with inspectors to speed the project along. The team built a reinforced concrete foundation wall that required much more work than anticipated. In the end, the work of great quality, and David even included extra improvements at cost to him. The best part about working with David is his partnership – he is a genuine guy that will do what's right for you. Working together and compromising to solve problems and David’s commitment to customer service and doing what’s right are what make David special. I appreciate that quality in a contractor and would definitely turn to David again in the future. Thank you, David and team, for helping us get through this complicated project!
