I would pick all 5 items above. JR was very responsive and worked with me regarding the appointment. He initiated and answered correspondence very quickly. JR’s quote was very reasonable and included getting the new AC up 2 floors and removing and disposing of the old AC. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again.
