Jr10Handyman : I highly recommend this installer. He arrived on time, came fully prepared with his toolbox and supplies, and was professional from start to finish.
Before he began, I showed him each room and the different BTU air conditioners I had for each space. Although I already had an idea of where I wanted each unit installed, I also asked for his opinion. I believe when you hire someone for a job, it's important to value their experience and expertise. He took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain what he was doing throughout the installation, which I really appreciated.
I had purchased a few extra supplies because I thought they might be needed, but he explained what those items were actually used for and let me know he already had everything necessary. I appreciated his honesty instead of simply using or recommending something that wasn't needed.
What impressed me most was the care he took with every installation. He didn't just place the air conditioner in the window and move on. He made sure each unit was secure, properly supported, and fit correctly in the window. After every installation, he asked if I wanted him to plug it in and test it. He turned on each air conditioner, checked that the airflow was working properly, and made sure everything was functioning before continuing to the next room. That level of attention to detail gave me a great deal of confidence.
He was patient throughout the entire process. Whenever I had a question or asked him to check something again, he gladly did so without any attitude or frustration. I never felt rushed. His focus was on doing the job correctly, not on finishing as quickly as possible.
The weather was extremely hot that day, yet he never complained once. Even though he was sweating while working, he remained pleasant, professional, and continued doing an excellent job without mentioning the heat or trying to rush through the work.
Another thing I appreciated was that he never brought up payment while he was working. His attention stayed on completing the job properly. In fact, I was the one who mentioned payment at the very end because he was completely focused on making sure everything was installed correctly.
Most importantly, I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He was respectful, attentive, mature, and easy to talk to. It honestly felt like having a trusted friend or family member in your home while helping with installation while maintaining complete professionalism.
Some people may think installing a window air conditioner is a quick and simple task, but it really isn't. You have to make sure the correct unit is matched to the correct window, that it's safely secured, and that it operates properly. He took the time to do all of those things without cutting corners.
I am thoroughly impressed with his work and would absolutely hire him again.
I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and committed to doing quality work. ( His Company does other JOBS Also) I will be booking him again.

I would pick all 5 items above. JR was very responsive and worked with me regarding the appointment. He initiated and answered correspondence very quickly. JR’s quote was very reasonable and included getting the new AC up 2 floors and removing and disposing of the old AC. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again.
