Ryan was responsive and communicated quickly, which I appreciated. He came out the following weekend and was able to diagnose the issue with my sauna temperature sensor right away. The problem turned out to be a cut wire, likely caused by animals, and he repaired it efficiently. All in all, everything was completed a little over 1hr and the sauna is now working properly. Before the visit, I was told the first hour would be covered by a $150 charge and that the total cost would likely be in the $200–$250 range. However, after the work was completed, the final charge came out to be higher than the quote. Overall, the repair was done correctly and promptly.

Hi Burak, while I appreciate the review I do want to clarify that $200-$250 was just an estimate. I ended up having to run a new wire which is why I charged $50 extra totaling to $300. I can refund you $50 for the misunderstanding.
