- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate. However I will give a ballpark estimate before the work is started, and if at any point the project scope changes I will inform my client of the changes to that estimate at that time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting out I like to have a discussion with my clients to gauge their tastes in design, and who their target market might be. From there I will take their ideas and turn them into a storyboard to make sure everyone is on the same page before the real work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for 3D animation with Maya, and I used that training to pick up several other animation programs such as Adobe After Effects. However my education did not stop after school, I am constantly learning new techniques and software which will improve the production quality of my work, and save you money.
