Kebert with KOD Restoration responded promptly to my request for a ceiling tile job in Malden. He didn’t hesitate to let me know he had someone to connect me with. His honesty and generousity in this gesture is uncommon and greatly appretiated. He was gracious on the phone when I told him about the job and instead of taking it on then just subbing it out and making some profit for himself he connected me directly with his sub contractor for this type of job. While Kebert didn’t do any work at my home, I will certainly keep him in mind for future needs. Any homeowner will be lucky to work with an honest person like Kebert. Its clear his bottom line is taking care of clients and NOT taking advantage of them. I can’t thank Kebert enough for this kind gesture!

I have been using KOD for repairs to my apartments for over a year now. They have work both inside and outside my buildings, including drywall, electric, bathroom renovation, window replacement, roofing and siding. The quality of the work has always been excellent, and completed on schedule. They have been happy to work around the tenants' schedule as needed.
