Introduction: This fitness boot camp is a one hour, versatile class of functional exercises for all levels. Come get a great workout and have fun all at the same time!
We will be incorporating some of the latest trends in fitness including, but are not limited to, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), body weight and resistance training with a focus on balance.
Please bring your own water bottle. Drop-in class is $15 and five classes is $60. The first class is free!
