Great service from Butler's. He identified problem, reviewed issues and followed through with ordering and repairing my stove in a very timely manner. Price was very reasonable. Allowed me time to decide between repair and replace with no pressure. I checked several Appliance stores and on-line. Alternative would have been to buy new appliance which could have cost close to $2,000. I will keep his number handy for any future issues! He was on time, professional and extremely respectful. My stove is now working beautifully with no problems. Thanks so much!!
